Australian Pace bowler, Doug Bollinger is aiming for a come back to Australian Squad, ahead of the 4-match test series against India, which is scheduled to start from December, 26, 2011.
Bollinger was out of the Australian test squad from December, 2010. However, the Lefty arm Pacer thinks that, he is fully fit and eager to play Test cricket.
Bollinger stats that he is complete out of injuries at present and said that, I am getting back to where I want to be. I feel fit and ready to go. Test cricket hasn’t left my mind and I’m ready to go if they want me. I still think I’ve got heaps to give. I will do anything I can do to get back in the team. I’d love to be there for the Boxing Day Test.
Chennai IPL Opener pace bowler, Bollinger has said that, (the national selectors know what I can do and I know I’ve been bowling well. I don’t feel like they have forgotten me. I’ll be ready to go whenever they need me. It’d be good to get some India wickets under my belt.”
Australian having got young team in their squad will be mostly depending upon the senior player with Ricky Pointing, Mike Hussey and the Skipper, Michael Clarke.
The battling line-up for the Australian is looking strong with the dangerous opener, David Warner is in form and Pakistan Born- Usman Khawaja will be in the playing squad of the Australian team on Boxing Day, as Shaun Marsh is still recovering from a back problem.
