Pakistan is continuing its domination over Bangladesh in the first test on day1, after they have swept them in One-Day international series recently.
In the First Test, Pakistan won the toss and elected to field and got fruitful results on day 1, after Bangladesh was bowled out for paltry 135 runs in their first innings at tea in 51.2 overs at Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong, Bangladesh. As Younis Khan warned Bangladesh about the onslaught of the spinners, the spinners of Pakistan performed to their marked, as they have been the key in wrecking Bangladesh. Right-arm off-spinner Saeed Ajmal and left-arm spinner Abdur Rehman have shared six wickets in between them.

In reply to the Bangladesh paltry score of 135, Pakistan started on a positive note and has scored 132 runs off 38 overs in their first innings so far at the close of the game on day one with both openers scoring fifties. Mohammed Hafeez is batting on 74 off 116 balls with nine fours, while another opener Taufeeq Umar is batting on 53 off 114 balls with six fours. They have so far added 132 runs in 38 overs, which left Pakistan trailing by just 3 runs. Pakistan would definitely be eyeing on for a big total in their first innings to put pressure on Bangladesh and create chances for a win.
