One of Indian’s best Spinner, Harbajan Singh has been ruled-out of Indian Squad for the complete West Indies series and has been not selected for the up-coming Australian series, as he was out of form.
Harbajan had a worst England tour last summer, as the Indian spinner has took just two-wickets in 2-test in England before an abdominal muscle injury forced him to return home. Later, the Punjab Spinner has shown a magnificent performance for his IPL-team, Mumbai Indians and has been proved to shown his form in Ranji Trophy matches.
Meanwhile, Harbajan Singh played three-Ranji matches and took just two wickets in those games at an average of 102, which has resulted the Punjab Skipper to loss his chances of being selected for the Australian test series, which is scheduled to be held from December, 26, 2011.
Bad time has been started for the Turbanator, as he has as been ruled out of Punjab’s Ranji Trophy game against Railways, due to shin injury. Vikram Rathore, Punjab coach while speaking with the sources has said about the injury that, while playing Against Saurashtra, Harbhajan first felt this shin pain and added that, Harbhajan is in touch with a physio from the NCA [National Cricket Academy in Bangalore] and will possibly be going there to recover. He is expected to return for Punjab’s next fixture in Jaipur.
In order for Harbajan Singh to get into the Indian team, he has to show all his experience and prove his ability to get into the Indian Squad, as R Ashwin and Pragyan Ojha have already shown their ability by taking 22 and 20 wickets in the Test series against West Indies, which India won 2-0, at averages of less than 23.
So predict yourself and send us UR comments, whether the Turbanator, Harbajan Singh will return into team India.
