India retains 2nd ODI Spot in ICC Rankings

"ICC Rankings 2011" The International Cricket Council has released latest rankings of sides and players on Sunday, in that India retain 2nd ODI spot.

The major achiever in the recent ICC rankings was English spinner Graeme Swann. Swann has pushed New Zealand spinner Daniel Vettori to clutch the first top spot in ODI bowlers chart list.

Harbhajan Singh is the only Indian bowler to outline in the top 10 list; he stood 9th spot in the ICC rankings.

On the other hand, master blaster Sachin Tendulkar opted out of W Indies series, lost his top place in the Test. Jacques Kallis toppled him to 2nd spot to grasp the top seat.

The caption Ms Dhoni and Virat Kohli also moved into the top 10 ODI batsmen with 6th and 8th places. Ishant Sharma has also made massive jump and moved to 11th spot in Test bowlers ranking.
