Wasim Akram praises Suresh Raina’s captaincy

The Pakistan legendary fast Blower, Wasim Akram has praised the captaincy of Suresh Raina, who has led the Indian team against West Indies during the One Day International series and he also stated that, Raina can be the capable person to lead the team in the future.

Akram while speaking with the various sources has said that, Raina’s captaincy was promising and reported that, it is not at all easy to lead any team against the Opponents. But, Raina has done well and learnt from the mistakes, during the one day series against West Indies. The Indian selectors must be appreciated because they are preparing a youngster to lead India in the future.

After the IPL league, Gautama Gambhir was announced as a captain for the Indian Team, during the absence of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. But, the Indian Opener was out of the West Indies series, due to shoulder injury during the Indian Premier League.

The Pakistan legend blower also praised Rohit Sharma and stated that, he believed in Rohit Sharma and stated that, Rohit has got a lot of talent under his belt and has proved himself by his batting against the West Indies. Rohit has only improved his chances to become a regular member of the national team by taking the man of the series in the West Indies series.

Akram advised Sharma to concentrate on Test cricket if he wants to cement his place in the team permanently in the presence of Uttar born, Raina and Delhi born, Virat Kohli.
