The World cup-winning India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is back at home in his native place in Jharkhand and has started his preparation in practice pitch at his Simalia, near Ranchi. The captain of India is opt if West Indies tour.
India and Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is in Ranchi with his family, is using his additional time to oversee the work on a practice pitch. The world cup winning captain has prepared some pitches at his farmhouse in Simalia 30 km from Ranchi.
According to various sources, Dhoni will stay in Ranchi for six days, later, he will in Mumbai for a commercial shoot. The Indian Captain was back in his hometown Ranchi after a period of 101 days on Wednesday and was given a warm welcome with mass of people crowded the streets of Ranchi to catch a glimpse of their superstar.
The fans and the cricket lover has waved frantically and threw flowers, as Dhoni, accompanied with wife Sakshi, traveled to his Harmu Bypass home from Ranchi airport.
The Indian Skipper has quenched India’s 28-year long thirst for a second World Cup and more recently led CSK to its second consecutive IPL triumph.
