On Thursday, New Zealand skipper, Daniel Vettori said any if player proved in the match-fixing scandal then he should be banned from cricket for lifetime to protect the match’s integrity.
The suspension of three Pakistan players, Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Aamer for match-fixing allegations bowling no-balls in a Test against England at Lord’s last month.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has suspended Butt, Aamer and Asif pending further investigation for allegations of spot-fixing in the Lord’s test.
Pakistan will have New Zealand tour in December.
