Contender for the coaching job of the Indian Premier League Kochi franchise, Matthew Mott will have to resign the New South Wales coach, if you accept the new offer Twenty20 team.

Mott said he wants me to go through the interview process with Kochi. I respect that. But if offered the job and decides to accept, would have to resign from the role here, CSNW CEO David Gilbert, said in the Sydney Morning Herald.

Mott realizes that something has to give. He is employed full time here at Cricket NSW, he said.

Mott has helped John Buchanan for 2 years at the Kolkata Knight Riders, but Gilbert said, with a high demands from IPL franchises would not be possible to Mott has two coaching duties at the same time.
